Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. being the mother of a child aged 4 to 12 years diagnosed with CHD by a pediatric cardiologist 2. possession of a smartphone and the ability to use it 3. having at least a middle-school education 4. hospitalization of the child for at least three days 5. no self-reported history of psychological disorders 6. no self-reported use of sedative or psychotropic medications 7. absence of another child with a chronic illness in the family 8. absence of any additional chronic disease in the affected child

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. withdrawal from the study at any stage 2. irregular attendance in the educational sessions 3. death of the child during the study period
