20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than or equal 20 years 2.Nurses work in 8-hour shift rotations, including morning, evening, and night shift 3.Ability to read, write, and communicate in Thai 4.Willing to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with diagnosed Sleep-related disorders as Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), narcolepsy or major psychiatric illness (e.g., Major Depressive Disorder [MDD], Generalized Anxiety Disorder [GAD], or Insomnia) 2.Current on medications with major sleep effects (e.g., sedating antihistamines, benzodiazepines, melatonin, or GABAergic drugs) 3.STOP-BANG score equal or more than 3 4.Engaging in secondary employment or working outside the primary hospital
