Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Minimum age of 65 years 2. patients able to perform exercise programs according to verbal instructions 3. patients able to walk independently at least 6 meters, with or without assistive device 4.Provide inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable medical conditions 2. Patients with contraindication for magnetic stimulation: cardiac pacemakers, defibrillator, deep brain stimulator, metal or magnetic materials (implants/prosthesis) near the stimulation site. 3. Patients with recent fracture or lower-limb surgery (< 3 months) 4. Patient with stroke or neuromuscular disease 5. Patient with severe knee osteoarthritis (KL grade 4 or VAS > 7) 6. Patient who is currently on another rehabilitation program or treatment in lower limb 7. Patient with severe vision impairment 8. Individuals with cognitive impairment that interferes with the ability to understand or follow the test instructions.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time Up and Go (TUG) Baseline, immediately after the first session, and at 2,4 week follow up after first session. participants stood up from a chair, walked around a cone 3 meters away, and sat down in the chair as quickly and safely as possible; the time required was measured. Average value was used.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
30-second Chair Stand Baseline, immediately after the first session, and at 2,4 week follow up after first session. The participants were asked to stand up from the chair and sit down as many times as they could, and measure the maximum number of chair-stand repetitions performed in 30 seconds.,Activities-specific Balance Confidence Scale Thai version Baseline and at 4 week follow up after first session. Self-administered measurement of fear of falling assess perceived level of confidence in ambulatory dwelling older people.
