Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 25 years., 2. Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 23.0 or higher, classified as overweight or obese according to the criteria for the Asian population., 3. Have a baseline physical activity level below the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation, with a total physical activity level of less than 600 MET-minutes per week, assessed by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ-SF)., 4. Have not been diagnosed with any chronic infectious diseases., 5. Are in a physical condition that allows them to safely participate in the exercise activities according to the research program, assessed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)., 6. Can read, write, and understand Thai adequately to participate in activities and answer questionnaires., 7. Have voluntarily given informed consent to participate in the research after receiving a full explanation of the objectives, procedures, and rights of the research participant.,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking medications or receiving treatments that affect weight management, energy levels, or fatigue., 2. Having unstable cardiovascular or respiratory conditions or contraindications to exercise.Having musculoskeletal disorders that limit exercise or mobility., 3. Having a history of participating in a systematic exercise or wellness program within 3 months prior to the start of the study., 4. Having a psychiatric condition or cognitive disorder that may affect the perception of health information and responses to questionnaires., 5. Having limitations in consistently using mobile technology throughout the study.
