Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease group CKD stages G3a-G5 with eGFR <60 mL/min/1.73 m2 Receiving care at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. Classified as one of the following: Pre-dialysis. Receiving maintenance hemodialysis. Receiving peritoneal dialysis.

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete clinical or laboratory data Pregnancy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Relationship between serum 1-84 PTH and intact PTH levels Single measurement at enrollment the same blood sample using a third-generation CLIA for 1-84 PTH and a second-generation CMIA for intact PTH. Association assessed using Pearson or Spearman correlation and linear regression.

Factors associated with differences between 1-84 PTH and intact PTH measurements Single measurement at enrollment Difference between paired PTH results evaluated in relation to CKD/dialysis status, kidney function, vitamin D, calcium, phosphate, albumin, and relevant clinical characteristics.
