Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged over 18 years Participants diagnosed with cataract who are scheduled for cataract surgery 1. VA < 6/18 2. VA > 6/18 6/18 but visual impairment interferes with daily activities Surgery was performed by ophthalmology residents, clinical fellows, or staff in Siriraj Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cataract secondary to other ocular or systemic conditions or medication use (intraocular inflammation, chronic steroid use, or ocular trauma) 2. History of other ocular diseases (ocular trauma, congenital ocular abnormalities, glaucoma, lens subluxation, amblyopia, or retinal diseases) 3. History of prior intraocular surgery, except for laser peripheral iridotomy Participants who undergo cataract surgery > 1 eye within a 1-month period
