Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older. 2. A documented diagnosis of schizophrenia according to the DSM-5 or ICD-10 criteria, as recorded in the participant's medical record. 3. Receiving healthcare services in a primary care setting and prescribed at least one oral antipsychotic medication. 4. Have a history of relapse or multiple relapses, indicating an increased risk of medication non-adherence. 5. Have a history of medication non-adherence as assessed using the Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS). 6. Have not been hospitalized within the 3 months preceding enrollment. 7. Able to understand, communicate, read, and write in Indonesian. 8. Willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A documented diagnosis of another psychiatric disorder in addition to schizophrenia. 2. Have a history of neurological or medical conditions associated with cognitive impairment, such as traumatic brain injury or dementia, that could interfere with study participation. 3. No documented history of psychiatric hospitalization following the diagnosis of schizophrenia. 4. Being physically restrained (e.g., by shackling or chaining) at the time of enrollment.
