Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). , 2.Patients who underwent BCR-ABL1 quantitative RT-PCR testing at Phrapokklao Hospital. , 3. Patients who received BCR-ABL1 testing between January 2023 and June 2026. , 4. Patients with complete demographic, laboratory, and clinical data available in the Laboratory Information System (LIS), Hospital Information System (HIS), and medical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete laboratory or clinical records for data analysis. , 2.Patients whose BCR-ABL1 test results were unavailable, invalid, or could not be interpreted according to the International Scale (IS).
