Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai volunteer in good general health and not receiving continuous medication for a chronic disease for more than one month. 2. Body mass index from 20 to 25 kilograms per square meter. 3. Resting pulse rate from 60 to 100 beats per minute, respiratory rate from 12 to 20 breaths per minute, systolic blood pressure from 90 to 140 millimeters of mercury, and diastolic blood pressure from 60 to 90 millimeters of mercury. 4. Fasting capillary blood glucose greater than 50 and less than 126 milligrams per deciliter. 5. Able and willing to comply with all study procedures and attend all required study visits. 6. Able to understand the study information and provide written informed consent before participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current use of antiplatelet or anticoagulant medication. 2. Known allergy to durian, mango, or any ingredient in the test beverages. 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 4. Inability or unwillingness to consume any of the test beverages because of unacceptable taste or other sensory characteristics. 5. Vomiting immediately after consuming a test beverage. 6. Fasting capillary blood glucose below 50 or above 126 milligrams per deciliter. 7. Any condition identified during screening that may affect participant safety, interfere with compliance with the study procedures, or influence blood glucose or metabolic measurements.

Glycemic index From baseline to 120 minutes after each intervention, using measurements at 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. Incremental area under the capillary blood glucose curve over 120 minutes, expressed relative to the response to a 50 gram glucose reference drink.,Serum metabolomic profile At 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes after each intervention. Untargeted serum metabolite profiling by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry, based on detected metabolite features and relative peak intensities.

Postprandial blood glucose concentration At 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes after each intervention. Capillary blood glucose concentration measured in milligrams per deciliter using a calibrated glucometer.
