Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible participants must be individuals aged 18 years or older who are classified as AI-enabled informal workers or platform workers, including delivery riders, platform-based drivers, and digital freelancers using AI tools. 2. Participants must have at least 3 months of continuous work experience in their specified AI-enabled role 3. Participants currently operate within the study areas of Bangkok or Nonthaburi province. 4. Participants must be capable of communicating effectively in the Thai language, voluntarily agree to participate in the study, and provide written informed consent prior to data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants will be excluded if they are unable to provide complete information, such as refusing to answer a significant number of questions or terminating the interview prematurely. 2. Individuals who exhibit conditions that severely impair communication or cognitive awareness during data collection, including severe intoxication or acute illnesses, will also be excluded. 3. Informal workers whose actual jobs do not involve AI systems or algorithmic management will be excluded from the study.
