Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cooperative edentulous patients with normal alveolar ridges, 2 Age over 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Edentulous patients with large bony prominences (exostosis, undercuts), 2. Flat ridges, 3. Retained tooth roots, 4. Abnormally high tissue attachments, 5. Underlying medical conditions or health issues that contraindicate the procedure, such as uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled diabetes, severe immunodeficiency, and severe dementia.
