Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Age 18 years or older 2. Able to read and write 3. Primary unpaid family caregiver of a person with dependency (Barthel ADL Index score 0-4) 4. Caregiving duration of at least 3 months 5. Moderate to high fatigue score, assessed by the Thai-translated Piper Fatigue Scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Caregivers with severe psychiatric problems 2. Caregivers currently receiving another intervention or therapy program 3. Caregivers unable to participate continuously in the program 4. Care recipient dies during the study period
