Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and receiving care at Khlong Chanak Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital Mueang District Surat Thani Province Thailand 2. Possesses a smartphone capable of telephone calls video calls and LINE messaging application and is prepared to communicate by phone 3. Able to continue participating in the Health Promotion and Follow-up Telenursing Model for the full duration of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Began the telenursing intervention without possessing a smartphone 2. Experienced acute Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus emergencies during the study period such as hyperglycemia requiring urgent medication or hypoglycemic shock
