Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infant born less than or equal to 33 weeks at Siriraj hospital, Thailand 2. Parental consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital gastrointestinal tract anomalies. 2. Major congenital anomalies or chromosomal abnormalities. 3. Critical congenital heart defects, except patent ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defect. 4. Mothers receiving immunosuppressive therapy, or those with severe immune system disorders or infectious diseases. 5. Infants born to mothers aged less than 18 years of age
