Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Young adults aged 18 to 24 years. Individuals scoring 45 or below on the Toronto Empathy Questionnaire (TEQ), indicate low empathy. 2. Able to read and understand the language in which the intervention and assessment measures are administered 3. Willing to provide written informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study. 4. Available to attend all six intervention sessions and complete the pretest, posttest, and follow-up assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Individuals currently receiving psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or any structured interpersonal or life skills training. 2. Individuals with a self-reported history of severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., psychotic disorders or bipolar disorder) that may interfere with participation in a group-based intervention. 3. Individuals with cognitive or intellectual impairments that limit comprehension of the intervention or assessment measures. 4. Individuals who have previously participated in a structured Basic Life Skills Training Program or a similar interpersonal skills training program. 5. Individuals unwilling or unable to attend the intervention sessions or complete all study assessments. 6. Individuals who withdraw their informed consent at any stage of the study.
