Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male and female participants aged 18-50 years who provide informed consent to participate in the research study 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) within the range of 18.5-25 kg/m2 3. Blood glucose level less than 100 mg/dL 4. Blood triglyceride level less than 150 mg/dL 5. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine within the range of 8-24 mg/dL and 0.84-1.21 mg/dL, respectively 6. Aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT) within the range of 8-48 U/L and 7-55 U/L, respectively. 7. Blood pressure not exceeding 120/80 mmHg. 8. Willing to participate in all study activities and provide all necessary data for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of regular smoking or alcohol consumption 2. Use of antibiotics within 3 months prior and during the study 3. Consumption of foods or supplements containing probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics within 1 month prior and during the study 4. History of dietary fiber intolerance (or history of inability to consume dietary fiber) 5. Pregnancy (confirmed by a urine pregnancy test)
