Interventions

Participants in the intervention arm will receive a brief community based parent training program for caregivers of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. The program consists of four

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or suspected Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder who receive services at participating health promoting hospitals or child development centers in Chiang Rai, 2. Caregivers who are the primary person responsible for the child care, 3. Caregivers who are able to attend the parent training sessions and follow up assessments, 4. Caregivers who are able to communicate in Thai, 5. Caregivers who provide written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe intellectual disability or other psychiatric or neurological conditions requiring specific treatment, such as autism spectrum disorder or uncontrolled epilepsy, 2. Caregivers who are unable to attend the parent training sessions or complete the scheduled follow up assessments
