Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-patients candidate for surgical treatment of tongue cancer , resulting in primary defected 2- accepting the surgery and the reconstruction with tongue flap 3- surgery done by one surgeon ( the author)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-patients refusing the participation , 2- lost the follow up 3- incomplete documents 4-patients received any radiological or chemotherapy before the surgery
