Interventions

Postpartum mothers with episiotomy wounds will receive neon light therapy for perineal wound care according to the ward protocol. Pain and wound healing outcomes will be assessed using the NRS and REE

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postpartum mothers who had a normal vaginal delivery or an assisted vaginal delivery. 2.Postpartum mothers with an episiotomy wound and/or vaginal tear not exceeding second-degree laceration. 3.Postpartum mothers who delivered vaginally, are able to communicate in Thai, and are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers with severe anemia (Hct < 20%).
