Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Postpartum mothers who had a normal vaginal delivery or an assisted vaginal delivery. 2.Postpartum mothers with an episiotomy wound and/or vaginal tear not exceeding second-degree laceration. 3.Postpartum mothers who delivered vaginally, are able to communicate in Thai, and are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers with severe anemia (Hct < 20%).
