18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective colonoscopy 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years 3. ASA Physical Status 1 or 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Contraindications to fluid administration 3. Signs of severe dehydration or hypotension before procedure evaluation 4. History of allergy to propofol or fentanyl 5. BMI less than 20 kg per meter squares or more than 30 kg per meter squares 6. Diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea 7. Chronic alcohol consumption, benzodiazepine use, or opioid use 8. Oral intake of food or water within 2 hours before the procedure 9. Hypertensive patients who missed their regular antihypertensive medication
