30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male or female 2. patients aged 30 to 65 years 3. diagnosed with stable HFrEF for more than 3 months 4. actively receiving standard-of-care heart failure pharmacological therapies (including sacubitril/valsartan, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs), or angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), alongside beta-blockers, mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRAs), statins, furosemide, and antiplatelets) 5. presenting with a baseline left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) between 15% and 40% 6. and having no history of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) within the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of stroke with residual neurological sequelae 2. active acute or chronic inflammatory diseases 3. severe valvular stenosis 4. Participants were dropped out from the study if they experienced acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) or underwent emergency coronary interventions during the trial period
