Age
18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 25 years old, 2. having used e-cigarettes at least once in the past 30 days, 3. willing to participate in the study, and 4. having access to an internet-enabled device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. on the process of smoking cessation with other programs (Quit Line, Fahsia Clinics, etc.) 2. Participants cannot join the program until the 7-day period is finished.
