Age
23 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Engages in regular exercise at least 3 days per week. 2.Willing and able to cooperate throughout the entire study period. 3.Has a habit of regular treadmill running at least 3 times per week for more than 3 months. 4.In good health with no underlying medical conditions that could interfere with study participation. -Regularly listens to music while exercising. -Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having hearing impairments or abnormalities that affect the ability to listen to music. 2.Having underlying medical conditions that obstruct study participation, specifically cardiovascular disease, exercise-induced asthma, or osteoarthritis. 3.Having current musculoskeletal injuries, specifically anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears, meniscal or muscle tears, or shin splints. -Having underlying medical conditions that impede exercise, such as bone-related diseases.
