Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with chronic coronary syndrome who underwent coronary angiography and physiology-guided PCI. 1. Age >= 18 years 2. Diagnosis of CCS 3. Invasive physiological assessment demonstrating ischemia (FFR <= 0.80 or iFR <= 0.89) in at least one lesion that was subsequently treated with PCI. 4. Complete angiographic and 1-year follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute coronary syndrome (STEMI, NSTE-ACS, unstable angina). 2. PCI within the previous year. 3. Anomalous origin of a coronary artery. 4. Prior coronary artery bypass grafting . 5. Incomplete baseline or loss to follow-up before 1-year post PCI.
