18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Females aged 18 to 35 years with a confirmed diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). 2. Able to understand Urdu or English. 3. Willing to provide informed consent. 4. Available to participate in the intervention sessions. 5. BAS-2 scale scores should highlight the issues.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Females with severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., psychotic disorders), cognitive impairments. 2. Current participation in another psychological intervention 3. With previous ACT treatment. 4. With serious medical conditions that may interfere with study participation.
