Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with B cell or T cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia ALL 2. Received a cumulative vincristine dose of at least 6 mg per m2 3. Inpatients or outpatients with stable clinical conditions and age appropriate vital signs within normal limits 4. Able to understand and follow study instructions 5. Written informed consent obtained from parents or legal guardians and child assent when appropriate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral neuropathy caused by conditions other than chemotherapy such as diabetes mellitus neurological disorders or nerve injury 2. Severe cardiovascular pulmonary neurological musculoskeletal cognitive or emotional disorders that may interfere with participation in the intervention or outcome assessments 3. Any medical condition judged by the investigator to make participation unsafe or affect study outcomes
