Age
20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female participants aged 20 to 50 years (to minimize hormonal confounding factors and because the recommended daily calcium intake is the same across this age range [800 mg/day]) 2. Thai ethnicity and Thai nationality. 3. Able to read, write, and understand the Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with chewing or swallowing difficulties. 2. Individuals with serious communicable diseases (e.g., tuberculosis). 3. Individuals with intellectual disabilities.
