Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be Thai LGBTQ individuals or relevant stakeholders who are willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent. 2. For the quantitative pre intervention phase, participants must be Thai LGBTQ individuals aged 50 years and above living in urban areas of Thailand, or Thai LGBTQ young adults aged 22 to 35 years, who are able to complete online questionnaires on mental health literacy and mental health self care behaviors. 3. For the qualitative pre intervention phase, participants must be Thai LGBTQ middle aged and older adults aged 50 years and above living in urban areas of Thailand who are willing to participate in in depth interviews about their background, experiences, social and cultural contexts, mental health literacy, and mental health self care behaviors. 4. For the intervention phase, participants must be Thai LGBTQ middle aged and older adults aged 50 years and above who are able to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access, complete online assessments, attend online orientation, register on the website, and use the digital innovation for the required study period. 5. For the evaluation and re design phase, participants must be those who have used the digital innovation and are willing to complete post intervention assessments and provide feedback on the digital innovation. 6. For the knowledge transfer and evaluation phase, participants must be stakeholders from public or private organizations who work in areas related to LGBTQ rights, older adults, mental health promotion, public health, social services, or related fields, and are willing to participate in knowledge transfer activities and provide evaluation feedback.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to provide informed consent will be excluded. 2. Individuals who are unable to understand Thai sufficiently to complete the questionnaires, interviews, online learning activities, or evaluation forms will be excluded. 3. Individuals who are unable to complete the required research procedures for the relevant study phase will be excluded. 4. For the online questionnaire phase, individuals who are unable to complete the online questionnaires will be excluded. 5. For the qualitative interview phase, individuals who are unable or unwilling to participate in the interview process will be excluded. 6. For the intervention and evaluation phases, individuals who are unable to access the internet, use a smartphone, tablet, or computer, register on the website, use the digital innovation, or complete the required online learning and assessment activities will be excluded. 7. For the knowledge transfer and evaluation phase, individuals who are unable to participate in the knowledge transfer activity or complete the evaluation process will be excluded.
