40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 40 years old 2. Functionally independent of activity with any physical activity level (using GPAQ) 3. Normal BMI 4. Normal lung function which confirmed by spirometry 5. Good communication, operation, and cognition 6. For participants who smoke, history of heavy smoking (equal or more than 20 pack-year) 7. For participants who never smoke, history of never smoking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant lung pathology such as restrictive or obstructive lung disease or any lung infection which have seen in medical record 2. Present of significant contraindications of exercise testing are include unstable anginar, cardiac arrhythmia, physical disability condition, and resting of systolic >200 mmHg or diastolic of >110 mmHg. 3. History of diagnosis which related to cardiovascular disease or related to the contraindication of exercise testing 4. History of diagnosis which related to renal dysfunction 5. Neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorder which related to contraindication of exercise testing 6. Metabolic disease which related to contraindication of exercise testing 7. Uncontrol medical condition 8. Any contraindication of spirometry test are include; myocardial or blood pressure condition (systematic hypotension, severe hypertension, noncompensated heart failure, and history of syncope related cough, etc), intracranial/intraocular pressure condition (cerebral aneurysm, and recent brain or eye surgery within 4 week, etc), sinus and middle ear pressure condition, intrathoracic and intraabdominal condition (presence of pneumothorax, thoracic surgery or abdominal surgery, etc), infection issue.
