Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > The participants were family caregivers of geriatric patients undergoing rehabilitation at Rehabilitation Ward 2F Orthopedic Nursing Department Srinagarind Hospital Faculty of Medicine Khon Kaen University Eligible participants were full time unpaid who met the following inclusion criteria 1 Being 18 years old or older, 2 Having normal vision and hearing, 3 Having at least 2 weeks of prior experience providing home based care for geriatric patients requiring rehabilitation, 4 Having provided care to the current admission of geriatric patients for more than 19 days, 5 Being able to communicate and understand the Thai language, 6 Being able to read and write in Thai, 7 Owning a smartphone and being capable of using the LINE application for communication, 8 Volunteering and providing informed consent to participate in the study and not concurrently participating in any other similar research projects or activities. > Inclusion Criteria for Geriatric patients 1 The geriatric patient under caring of participants must being 60 years old or older, 2 Receiving rehabilitation at Rehabilitation Ward 2F and 3 Having no clinical diagnosis of dementia and being able to be temporarily separated from their caregiver for a period of time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participants were being 60 years old or older with a Mini-Cog assessment score of less than 3, 2 Geriatrics patients under caring of participants experience an exacerbation of underlying diseases or an acute illness during the program that hinders participation
