18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 young adults, specifically university students, living in Pakistan will be included 2 age range of 18-25 years. 3 Young adults from all socioeconomic statuses will be included. 4 Young adults with avoidant or emotional coping skills will be included after screening. 5 Young adults who have subclinical symptoms of depression and anxiety will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 young adults who have prior experience with any AI-based intervention program or app like Wysa 2 with any medical illness or disability will be excluded. 3 Young adults with severe clinical symptoms of depression and anxiety and who will not be consistent with sessions will be excluded.
