Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years. 2. Classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) class I or II. 3. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy or minimally invasive spine surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or breastfeeding mother 2.History of NMBAs allergy 3.Known allergy of any medication used in the trial 4.Have a high risk of difficult tracheal intubation 5.Received NMBAs within 24 hours prior to the trial
