Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For caregivers 1. Those who have a consanguineous relationship with undernourished toddlers. 2. Able to provide nutritional care for undernourished toddlers, at least two meals. 3. Age more than 19 years old. 4. Does not have any diagnosed mental disorders. 5. Able to participate in the intervention program every step until complete. 6. Has experience caring for at least one child. 7. Can write Thai For toddlers 1. Children aged 1-3 years 2. Born at full term 3. Birth weight 2,500 to 4,000 grams 4. Children who are classified as underweight, thin, or very thin. 5. Children who stay with the family at home. 6. Children without any underlying medical conditions. 7. Children without any abnormality, such as Autism, Down syndrome, or cleft lip or cleft palate. 8. There was no reported history of diarrhea or respiratory infections within the past week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For caregivers 1. Those who could not attend every step until the intervention was completed. However, participants who are unable to attend intervention sessions due to legitimate reasons, such as medical appointments or other unforeseen circumstances, will be allowed to remain in the study. To maintain intervention fidelity, the researcher will arrange make-up sessions and provide the relevant intervention materials to ensure that caregivers receive the complete program content. For toddlers 1. Who have any health complications or serious health problems during or after joining the program.
