60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.stable general health condition 2. ability to participate in supervised exercise sessions three times per week 3. absence of acute illness or uncontrolled chronic disease 4. willingness to be randomly assigned to one of the three exercise intensity groups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. uncontrolled hypertension 2. unstable cardiovascular disease 3. recent myocardial infarction or stroke 4. severe respiratory disease 5. severe musculoskeletal disorders limiting safe exercise participation 6. progressive neurological disease 7. severe visual or vestibular impairment affecting balance testing 8. diagnosed cognitive impairment that prevented reliable participation
