Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students currently enrolled in Grades 7 to 11 2. Aged approximately 12 to 17 years 3. Able to understand both English and Thai 4. Have access to an internet-enabled device for completing the online survey and 5. receiving intervention prompts 6. Provide informed assent, with parental or guardian consent obtained prior to participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students with medical conditions that contraindicate moderate-to-vigorous physical activity 2. Students with psychiatric or neurological conditions that may significantly affect participation or quality of life assessment. 3. Students currently enrolled in another kinds of structured physical activity that is identical to the current study
