45 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Pre older adults aged 45 to 59 years, 2 had a smartphone with internet access and the LINE application, 3. able to read and understand Thai, 3 no cognitive impairment or communication problems, 4 no major visual impairment, and 5 willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to complete the two-week intervention period.

Knowledge of sarcopenia prevention 2 weeks the Sarcopenia Knowledge Questionnaire. Usability of the Sarcopenia Chatbot 2 weeks the Thai version of the Chatbot Usability Questionnaire (CUQ). The CUQ consists of 16 items,User satisfaction with the Sarcopenia Chatbot 2 weeks the Chatbot Usage Satisfaction Questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 15 items across four domains: process/procedure, effectiveness, convenience, and quality/capability.
