Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sample group consisted of 3 groups, 1) patient include advanced cancer patient age up to 18 year old who recieved palliative care 2) cargiver include primary caregiver of advanced cancer patient who can decissional making about treatment and goal of care and age up to 20 year old 3) healthcare profession include doctors or nurses who have experience in work up to 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient exclude 1) cognitive impairment 2) Conspiracy of silence and 3) unwilling to research caregiver and healthcare professional: exclude when unwilling to participate in the research project
