Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents aged 15 to 18 years 2. Enrolled in secondary school 3. Had no diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus 4. Willing to participate in the study 5. Provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants were excluded if they had diagnosed diabetes mellitus, chronic illness, or mental health conditions that could affect participation
