Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Criteria for Selecting Health Service Units 1.1 Hub Hospitals - Public hospitals comprising one provincial hospital and community hospitals in Chanthaburi Province, totaling 12 hospitals. - Health service units providing immunization services under the Ministry of Public Health's Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI). - Actively providing vaccination services during Fiscal Year 2026. - Having vaccination records, documents, or registries available for verification. 1.2 Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals (SHPHs) - Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals affiliated with the network of the participating hub hospitals. - Health service units providing immunization services under the Ministry of Public Health's Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI). - Actively providing vaccination services during Fiscal Year 2026. - Having vaccination records, documents, or registries available for verification. 2.Criteria for Selecting Key Informants - Healthcare personnel working at the participating health service units. - Personnel who are responsible for or assigned to immunization-related activities, including vaccine management and cold chain management, vaccination service delivery, vaccination data entry, or preparation of vaccination registries and reports. - Having worked at the health service unit for at least one year. - Able to provide information regarding the immunization program implementation of their health service unit. - Willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Criteria for Excluding Health Service Units 1.1 Hub Hospitals - Did not provide immunization services during Fiscal Year 2026. - Did not have sufficient vaccination records, documents, or registries for assessment. - Declined to participate in the study. 1.2 Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals (SHPHs) - Did not provide immunization services during Fiscal Year 2026. - Did not have sufficient vaccination records, documents, or registries for assessment. - Declined to participate in the study. 2.Criteria for Excluding Key Informants - Were not responsible for or assigned to immunization-related activities or other duties related to vaccination services. - Had worked at the health service unit for less than one year. - Were unable to provide information regarding the immunization program implementation of the health service unit. - Declined to participate in the study or withdrew their informed consent during the study.
