Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 18 years and above,2.Clinical diagnosis of urinary incontinence, 3.Illiterate participants unable to complete text based questionnaires, 4. Able to provide informed consent verbally or with assistance, 5.Attending urogynecology or womens health clinics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness preventing participation, 2.Neurological disorders such as spinal cord injury or multiple sclerosis, 3.Pregnancy, 4.Prior major pelvic surgery such as radical hysterectomy, 5.Refusal or inability to provide consent
