Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent pharmacogenomic testing (HLA-B15:02, HLA-B58:01, or HLA-B*57:01) at the Genomics Laboratory, Phrapokklao Hospital. , 2. Patients who received care within the Chanthaburi provincial healthcare network. , 3. Patients with complete demographic, laboratory, and clinical data available in the hospital information system and the laboratory information system. , 4. Patients tested between 1 April 2023 and 31 May 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete demographic, clinical, or laboratory data. , 2. Patients with incomplete, duplicated, or unverifiable results for HLA-B15:02, HLA-B58:01, or HLA-B*57:01 testing.
