Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with uncontrolled hypertension with blood pressure greater than 130/80 mmHg, confirmed within the previous 3 months. 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years. 3. Receiving care at the selected subdistrict health-promoting hospital in Phayao Province, Thailand. 4. Not bedridden and able to perform physical activity. 5. Not receiving renal replacement therapy or dialysis. 6. Able to communicate in Thai, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 7. Owns and is able to use a mobile phone. 8. Willing to participate and provides informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Resting blood pressure greater than 180/110 mmHg, confirmed by at least two measurements on the same day and remaining uncontrolled. 2. Presence of any medical condition contraindicating moderate-intensity exercise, as diagnosed by a physician, including uncontrolled heart failure, uncontrolled or frequently exacerbated asthma, untreated pheochromocytoma, or musculoskeletal disorders requiring restriction of physical activity or movement.
