Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 60-80 years 2. Unilateral knee pain (unilateral knee OA) with the worst pain during 24 hours, NPRS scored from 1-6 out of 10 3. Severity of Knee OA grade 1-2 on the Kellgren and Lawrence Scale 4. Presence of genu valgus (Femoral-Tibial angle > 8 degrees). Genu valgum will be evaluated via radiographs by measuring the femoral-tibial angle, defined between lines through the distal femur and proximal tibia. An angle > 8 degrees indicates genu valgum.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute knee pain with swelling, redness, or heat 2. Knee pain due to trauma (e.g., falls, accidents) 3. Knee pain due to other conditions (e.g., tendonitis, surgery, cancer) 4. Moderate to severe osteoporosis. Osteoporosis status will be identified from the HosXP electronic medical record system based on physician's diagnosis
