Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the emergency unit from motorcycle accident 2. With and without admission to the hospital. 3. Between November 2014 and April 2015

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. uncommunicated patients 2. comatose patient and 3. unknown of shoe wears
