Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ability to speak and understand Urdu. 2.Willingness to provide written informed consent 3. Reported subjective memory or cognitive concerns

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with a dementia diagnosis excluded 2. severe psychiatric disorder, or sensory impairments (e.g., severe hearing loss) that precluded questionnaire completion were excluded.
