Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Licensed healthcare professional (traditional medicine practitioner, pharmacist, professional nurse, or physician) 2. Currently working in a selected hospital in Sakon Nakhon Province for at least 1 year 3. Has a role in prescribing, dispensing, or providing herbal medicine counseling 4. Able to access the internet 5. Willing to participate and provides informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate throughout the full 6-month study period 2. Involved in the development of the HerbsScope TH CDSS web application 3. Expert who participated in the tool validation process 4. Requests withdrawal from the study
