Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older. 2. Diagnosed with a hematologic malignancy (e.g., lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma). 3. Receiving chemotherapy at Udon Thani Hospital. 4. Able to communicate in Thai. 5. Able to read and understand Thai. 6. Have access to a smartphone and the LINE application. 7. Provide written informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that interfere with participation. 2. Patients with severe hearing or visual impairment that prevents completion of the intervention. 3. Patients with unstable medical conditions requiring intensive care. 4. Patients who have previously participated in a similar health literacy intervention. 5. Patients who are unable to complete follow-up assessments.
