Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers aged 18 to 79 years 2. normal body mass index (18.5-24.9 kg/m2) 3. willingness to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include 1. individuals with history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, cancer, or smoking at least 10 pack-years. 2.Persons with musculoskeletal conditions like joint pain or limb fractures, neurological disorders such as stroke, spinal cord injury, or traumatic brain injury are also excluded 3. Other criteria comprise resting hypotension (below 90/60 mmHg), resting hypertension (above 140 mmHg), inability to coordinate marching or swinging movements, or inability to complete the full 14-day study period.
