Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The sample consisted of 50 head and neck cancer patients of all stages 1) Aged 20 years and older 2) Who were independent in activities of daily living (ADLs) PPS>70% 3) Free of communication barriers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient died during the trial. 2) The patient was unable to participate in all activities. 3) The patient experienced complications after surgery requiring special treatment.
