Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male students aged 15 to 17 years 2. Identified as sedentary according to the Indonesian version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire 3. Classified in the low physical activity category with total physical activity below 600 MET minutes per week 4. Reported more than three hours per day of non school related sedentary behavior such as screen viewing, video gaming, smartphone use, or prolonged sitting 5. Enrolled as an active student at the participating high school during the study period 6. Able to understand study procedures and follow exercise instructions 7. Provided written assent to participate in the study 8. Parent or legal guardian provided written informed consent prior to enrollment

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of musculoskeletal disorders that could affect exercise participation or physiological responses to training 2. History of neurological disorders that could affect exercise participation or physiological responses to training 3. History of cardiovascular disorders that could affect exercise participation or physiological responses to training 4. History of pulmonary disorders that could affect exercise participation or physiological responses to training 5. History of metabolic disorders that could affect exercise participation or physiological responses to training 6. Any condition that prevented safe participation in the exercise program or outcome assessments
